This placed in service date needs to be corrected to reflect the original intent of the 1986 Tax Reform Act. This small correction in the law would open up many more commercial properties that have turned 50 years of age and could be adaptively re-used or restored for housing, commercial and other purposes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
